Faith through Christ our Lord

'Now without faith it is impossible to please God, for the one who draws near to him must believe that he exist and rewards those who seek him.'
hebrews 11:6

The beginning point of faith is the belief tht God exist, not just a God that people created. he is the only one true living God which has the power to answer people prayers, work miracles out of us. what we must do is just to have faith in God and believe that he will work something out of us. without faith, whatever prayers are meaningless as faith is the keypoint of all works. of course, sometimes we may have doubts in the word of God. but lets not let our faith be shaken. let our faith grow stronger by prayers and through the word. sometimes we may not understand what the bible is trying to convey to us. even i admit. lets just pray that by faith, God may convey to us the word through other means.

'Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed in pure water.'
Hebrews 10:22

Loving through God's words

'Love is patient; Love is kind. Love does not envy; is not boastful; is not conceited; does not act improperly;  is not selfish; is not provoked; does not keep a record of wrongdoings; finds no joy in unrighteousness, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.'
1 Corinthians 13:4-7

I believe the Lord has spoken to us clearly through this verse, that love could be so great, it can make you bear no grudges, be merciful to someone. the greatest evidence that God has done to express his unconditional love for us is to send his only son, Jesus,to die on the cross for our sins in return for our salvation. what He only want in return is to let us accept him unconditionally. as said in the bible, as long as we love our enemies (Matthew 5:44), God will reward us. love makes you stop all evil, helps you make godly decisions and drills you to be as perfect as your father in heaven.......

'We love because He first loved us'
1 John 4:19

The lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall i fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall i be afraid? Psalms 27:1

We also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perserverance.
Romans 5:3

Besides this, knowing the time, it is already the hour for you to wake up from sleep, for now our salvation is nearer than we first believed.
Romans 13:11
