God has all power, but why?

The power that God has is bigger than we can imagine. It makes me sometimes wonder: He has all the power in His hands, but why did He chose to do things that does not really associate with His power? For all, He has a reason. In this post, I will identify the things that He can actually complete with His power but yet did not really use most of it, and why He did not use it.

-The hardened hearts
God could use His power to make the harden hearts of the people who chose not to accept Him, to turn to Him. Doing things like taking out their hearts and chopping stamps of ' I am a follower of Christ ' and place it back, their hearts would be virtually changed overnight. But why didn't He do that? Two reasons:

1) He wants to hear their decision
Yes, even though Jesus may have all the power to command the hardened hearts or change their thoughts, He does not to it because He wants to hear their decision. If He used His power to change their hearts, to me, I will regard it as forceful. God respects their decision, by not abusing His power but by sending us out as messengers of His word. He wants them to willingly agree to Him being their Lord and Saviour.

'What you decide on will be done, and light will shine on your ways.'
Job 22:28

2) He wants to use His followers
As followers of Christ, we are used as a mouth to preach the gospel; a testimony that shines for the glory of God. Instead of using His power, God regards us as valuable, therefore He sends us out to preach to the hardened hearts, for them to be saved. And no matter how hard it may be, His presence is with us, aiding us to preach this gospel with boldness.

'Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.'
Matthew 28:19-20

- The Church
Jesus can use all His power to make a church pop up on a bare land, and create as many clones to do His work, to act as a pastor of every church. He just needs to point at every land, and with His power, churches and clone pastors will be popping up from nowhere. Perhaps it would seem scary if every one metre you see a church a a clone pastor. So, why is it that Jesus rather not show off His power?

1) Jesus appoints them
It may be easy for God to make thousands, or even billions of clone pastors, full of anointment and holiness, but He looks out, and find His people worthy of His appointment, to become a pastor. Therefore, He wants to choose these people to answer this call, being responsible to build a church.

'So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers,'
Ephesians 4:11

2) He chooses obedient seeds
Since these people are called to be pastors, God has instruction for them. Pastors are like the seeds of the church, and when they gather people as the members of the church, the members become the fruits. Of course, there are members which may not stay as fruits forever. They may be appointed by God to build another church and make fruits plant out from the plant, aka the church.

'Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers. Be shepherds of the church of God, which he bought with his own blood.'
Acts 20:28

Sometimes we do not know why our God may work this way or the other, because our God is a mysterious God. There are some things that we will only understand when we get to our Father in heaven. Also, there are some ways in things that we can identify. Everyone is like a precious significant jewel to Him. Hence, always be ready and prepared to be used by God!
